# Privacy Policy

By using the The Casino Discord bot, you agree to be bound by the following Privacy Policy as well as [Discord's Privacy Policy](https://discord.com/privacy-policy).\
These Policies apply to all users of the Bot, and your continued use signifies your acceptance of these Policies.

The Casino begins storing account data after you use the `/start` command.

Your Discord user ID links your casino balances, inventory, progression, game statistics, preferences, rewards, and transaction history to your Discord account.

This account data is stored in The Casino's database and is used to provide bot features, preserve progress, prevent duplicate claims, and investigate economy errors or abuse.

Discord IDs are publicly available for anyone to retrieve by turning on Discord's Developer Mode.

The Casino does not need or request your Discord password, login token, or session credentials. Do not provide those credentials to anyone claiming to represent the bot.

Use `/profile view`, `/stats`, `/level`, and `/history` to review major parts of your casino account.
